Hello! My name is Sydney Vandegrift. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Steadfast Counseling Services, LLC.
I am passionate about working with individuals and families processing complex traumas and life's hardships. I utilize a variety of approaches including CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other Person-Centered approaches.
I am nationally certified in adoption competent counseling. I specialize in trauma, attachment, ambiguous loss, depression, and anxiety.
